How many

How many/ How many, how many, how many/ Will it take your own measurements/ What day will they knock come to your door/ About who, what or where your family members body/ Hit the floor/ Safety first / Its a war/ But how many/ How many until the bloodshed is realistic/ Turning a blind eye/ Count yourself for this new beginning/ I watch in horror on how many care nothing but for their own occurrences/ What a degenerate / Tired of them handing us shit/ But expecting the majority to use it for ourselves/ How many different ways will they shut our pallets/ America is changing/ How much evidence will you void/ William Butler

Expression within yourself

My gift is to write/ Figurative lines only meant for paper/ Consider it a scrimmage/ Vast amount of words for the unspoken/ Words for the mind to be at bay/ The body will take flight/ For you are your own vessel/ Living this lyfe, it may be hard to meet the quota/ Everyday spent, another is another day worth living/ Acknowledge the presence/ Long list of regrets will be forged turning points/ Revolt/ For this is what we know best/ In a positive aspect that is/ Become what you may see as unachieveable/ Do what you know best/ Present it each day with a smile/ I know it may not be so simple/ The advice is live the moment which captivates you ina whole/ With just a smidge of diversity in between/ William K. Butler

As I lay

Living life in a high demand/ Rent is due/ Not sure to call anything yours/ How did you shake the earth/ Through Gods riff/ Venting with your own gift/ Ghost/ Gone with the wind with the tribulations/ How come you need reverberating drums/ So conscious of your actions/ Relax/ Nobody put a knife to your throat/ Gun to your temple, see whatever happens/ We are in the happening/ How happy are you/ What is it to be so easy/ But why let the demons have their way/ So unfortunate/ I will not stand beside them/ Cast them away/ For I made my decision to live righteous/ This is more appealing/ AMEN! Untitled

Self stimulate
Self conscious
Configured so it becomes a downfall
Sober or in mystical lands
Am I right or wrong
Accusations
360 from a personal issue
How do I get rid of the bad blues
Cover it up with tattos
Rings, things and what has you
But what has me
Almost gasly
Is the realism in each day
Never running from the experience
But the lesson moves mountains that are suppose to be still
I am still
Who I claim to be
I can not be anything other than
Finding my mark in history
Through productivity or loning love to a loveless heart

Better off

No need for friends to depict who I am/
The whole circle entirely is the same/
Depends where you bend/
Backwards has your spine feeling to erupt/
Werent you going through humps/
Oh so dear to me/
But so are my feelings and production in lyfe/
I picture myself walking fearlessly/
Without a burden/
Excuses to murder the messenger went wrong twice/
Trifling/
Frontward motions hold nothing dear to you/
For I move without a sound/
Ready to take off with who and wherever/
Not everyone reads the same page/
Shook from departure/
But I am surely.../
Better off

Reflective

I thought I knew me
Shucks
I coulda fooled me
Life's minon began trampling like a stampede
Heart beats clear as day
But for some reason its hard to breathe
I ask god everyday
Is this what I need
Don't look forward to guidance
The road is usually partially paved
I pray sometimes like I caught the holy ghost
God deliver me, I really have no where to go
Open arms
With crossed t's
If it matters I will get on my knees and pray with the pope
When you are alone
Its the ultimate test of time
How long will you condemn my soul
I beg of you please

William K. Butler

Rodeo

What a rodeo
Never was I the obscene character
Attached to my past life happenings
Preying on the weak
I am not everything you see
What a rodeo
Lumps, bumps and a whole shuffle of stuff
The road was made to be walked
But not while the pavement is still steaming hot
The sea
Where you can be can drowned alive
Drown like the others
Or learn to survive
What a rodeo
Without a paddle
Without four wheels
Without the right frame of mind
What a rodeo

How will you show your love

Would you sink in the same boat
Give your eyes to blind
So they can see what hope is
Can you honestly say
Bare truth
No clothes to spare
With all hopes
This joke is not for real
Endless nights for me
Smooth crossroads for you
I show my love
Unafraid of the misunderstand
Living kidneyless
All for the love and kindness of my heart
So tell me, what would you do
So it ain't so
Your existence is priceless
There is nothing else in this world that matters

William K. Butler

Mid-Lyfe Crisis

There should only be
One God
One word
One line you will not cross
But what do you see
Another life
Which isn't yours
Which you knew before
Another flight you took before
Stop running, revoke the tendency to hide
How much longer do you want the world to divide
Live in stride
There are more than a thousand ways to die
But only one way to survive
Saddle up
Settle down
Stay on the ride
Stay positive before you deal with an official mid life crisis

William K. Butler

The devils aura

Such complications
All seminars are done in the devil's tomb
Play advocate for the freedom fighters of my time
In a battle for your inner soul
As easy as it is to give in
That should make it much harder to retreat
Since when things came easy
I wasnt previous to this
Since when you accept the default of defeat
It wasn't me
Not I
Not for the inbetween
With a barrell
I will cast you
Make a decision before you attempt the game

William K. Butler

The scripted facade

Remain as open as a closed book
Flashs of dignity
Persuaded to never exploit too much
But what luck
I am the person to tell you your lucks up
Was it ever about luck
Nothing was never enough
So who are you to be
For the person you portray is not honestly who you want to be
Where your mind goes, your body will follow
All glory due to god
I pray like a cathedrals letter
For souls such as yours
Before you and certainly after
I vow to never to be a one word phrase

What a wounderful world

Girls pop-lock-droppin
North Carolina becoming one of the most dangerous states
When the south has the most entries into college
We are our own hypocrites
Take the time out
All it takes is to be acknowledged
Not a stop clock in this realm that can end  the wars of all wars
Where do we go from here
Here is anywhere you go
Every place you claim as an idea to make a safe haven
Will be exploited due to money or gold
We are not recovering
Poverty did not come to an all time halt
The violence did not begin at gun shops
And our youth were not born mentally free but mentally conditioned
What a wounderful world we live in

Cry me a river

Cry me a river the baby once said
Cry me a river the young boy once said
Cry me a river for the broken heart I was left
Cry me a river so when my mother returns she washs herself off from the gates of hell
Cry me a river
Cry me a river for these tears hold no barriers
I am far from the weakest link
I cry a river as I speak
A man of my word
No reason to disbelieve

Contagious behavior

Going against your intuition is an endless road
Similar to man searching for a fools gold
The story gets fairly old
Unbeknownst
The shade of grey is interrupted by a pure light
Now only you know better to follow but you play coy
What a worldly task
You hold it in a plank like position
It is yours for the taking
The things you once you found irregular become your existence
Life induced a riveting feeling
The light now has became strips within the grey
Words of advice
Guidance
And unbelievable gestures of kindness
To have done nothing
But all minute things, as you consider them, are actually worth something
What a wounderful thing
It is well deserved
Follow those footsteps
Let the light shine through
Continue to show the grass is greener
All contingency based solely on who
YOU

Reconcile your differences

Speak with your dead beat dad/ Go full throttle for the ones you call family Catch amnesia in reference to your grudges/ For they come with burdens/ Stop your childish petty umfufilling gestures about life/ What has it done to be this criticized/ Why is it that iife must change/ CHANGE!/ When its been the same way since before Christ/ But with that said/ The energy you extrovert is the same energy returned/ Believe in his savor lord jesus christ/ For if you make a will/ He will make a way/ Positivity attracts positive blessings William K. The devil is alive, he is a lie

Too many ways to catch him
Press and release
You'll be able to see
The devil is alive, he is a lie
Where and when Will these tactical setbacks end
There must be more for me to believe
Do not take favors
That is an incentive
To a low flame leading to third degree burns
No way to flee
Pay attention to the face that airbrushs itself in
This portrait is for you to construct
Such an acceleration on life
Time waits on no woman/man
But it is yours to manipulate
God is great
Believe
You can obtain and become internally rich
This joker is many
He is alive, dare not choose your desires over your necessities
The devil is a lie, he will promise and disappoint

Just for clarification

I am who I ever I want me to be
No fairytales, no mysteries
You say why care about lyfe, it didn't do shit for me
Well technically
Just for clarification
What did lyfe owe you
What are you basing its entitlement on
Years upon years of revelations of what needs to be
Yet you havent given it a reason not to live without
At the prime of imagination
Without a doubt
For I stay conscious
Meaning everything I say or do
I have never lived a lie or lived through it
Just fot clarification
Even in the mist of clarity
I clarify
Its a long road

What is your reflection

If there were only mirrors, what would be your reflection
If you believed your every action was not to be telescoped
Would you let temptation get the best of you
Will your same values be demoralized
Can you honestly gaze in the mirror and not be mortified
Play coy if you want
The self battle you refrain from discovering will be the death of you
In other occasions
Declare justice in your lyfe through clear hardships
Quick to shape up the forskin
What will occur with what it is it actually protects
Always polished up
But devaluing morally
Instead I take the higher road
Why not do what is right
It eventually feels natural
It honestly motivates me
I am getting to know my reflection

William K. Butler

Come home to nothing, but built up for something

Come home to nothing, but built up for something
Everyday
Or every other day
My home was six corners
Barely did i gripe or whimper
Staying in places where there are hustlers or tricksters
Rolling around with people I felt like knew for years
Regardless
I do as I feel
Handling business because this what bleed my tears
