Destiny in the making

Years to come/ From a closed mind/ To an eye wide open/ My shine clouded by my hindsight/ Everything done was never right/ Steps in a direction right where I left/ Vividly gazing at what should be mine and never left/ Gave myself too many chnaces to meet doubt without an accomplishment/ I wash my hands to the rachet lyfe with no accomplishments/ Ill postpont my wish/ Put this engine in motion/ Scared of the unknown/ How can I not be/ Very comfortable with the mindset of stablilty/ But here I go again/ On another venture/ With the goal in mind/ With god by my side/ Time will subside/ Relinquish this imprisonment where I reside/ I will empower my destiny/ Done waiting for my destiny to empower me William K.
